- Samsung unlocking uses an NCK code (Network Control Key) — a unique 8 or 16-digit code specific to your phone’s IMEI that you enter manually

How to Enter the Unlock Code After Receiving It
Once you receive your NCK code by email, follow these steps:
- Turn off your Samsung phone
- Remove the current SIM card
- Insert a SIM from a different carrier
- Turn the phone back on
- A screen should appear asking for the “Network Unlock Code” or “SIM Unlock PIN”
- Enter the NCK code we provided
- If prompted for a second code (MCK), enter that next
